The Singapore-based winner of One Michelin Star opens its first Macau restaurant at Galaxy Macau. To prepare this handcrafted dish with 500 years of history, pork hind meat is used to make the delicate wonton wrapper. The meat is pounded and kneaded with sweet potato flour for 3 hours before it becomes paper-thin. Served with aromatic, the Bian Rou is a symphony of flavors.
