“Spicy Sichuan” is the first Galaxy Macau restaurant to serve Sichuan cuisine with a sharp focus on Chongqing delicacies. This new establishment prides itself on quality ingredients and technical excellence, infusing traditional favorites with innovation. From the mildly spicy marinated chili dishes of Chengdu, to the boisterous and fiery Chongqing classics such as Poached Mandarin Fish Fillet in Sichuan Chili Broth and Wok-fried Crispy Chicken with Dried Chili in Chongqing Style, every flavor is skillfully balanced, taking your palate on a sensational journey.
