Teppanyaki Shou at Raffles at Galaxy Macau

Serving Japanese omakase-style teppanyaki made from the finest ingredients, sourced from Japan’s tightly-held farmers and family fisheries, as well as international growers and sources of distinction, Teppanyaki Shou brings a vibrant and dazzling Japanese culinary experience to guests at Raffles at Galaxy Macau. Set in a welcoming space including counters of solid hewn rock and filled with curated works of art, Teppanyaki Shou is led by an expert team of Japan’s leading “teppan” grill chefs with decades of experience working at some of Japan’s finest restaurants. With each deft flick of the wrist, the chef invites you to become part of the culinary journey, to share in the joy and passion of creation. Teppanyaki Shou offers a lively, interactive and dramatic dining experience that is unmissable, and truly unique in Macau.

Teppanyaki is an art form. The relationship between guests and the master grill chef is a key element of teppanyaki cuisine, and Teppanyaki Shou gives its team of expert chefs the perfect stage on which to display their full creativity, with diners seated around the large teppan, much like front-row seats at the theater. A culinary dream team under the watchful eye of Executive Chef, Norihisa Maeda, Chef de Cuisine Fuminori Nakamura and Sous Chef Daisuke Ushimura have had experience working at some of the world’s most venerated Japanese restaurants. Together, these two teppan maestros lead a skilled team of chefs at Teppanyaki Shou.

“Shou” refers to the continuation of long-standing traditions; and the pursuit of perfection is at the heart of Japanese culinary traditions. Teppanyaki Shou goes to great lengths to source the finest seasonal ingredients from Japan and from around the world, to ensure the quality of the food matches the exceptional artistry of the chefs. Complementing the pristine seasonal ingredients served at Teppanyaki Shou is a carefully curated selection of premium sake, including four signature private labels that have garnered international acclaim.
