For the first time since the launch of the Master Chef Extravaganza, we present a spectacular feast headlined by 10 culinary talents from Hyatt hotels across China. Together they will curate an extraordinary dining experience, with each exquisite dish spotlighting the season’s finest ingredients and the chefs’ remarkable skills.
The restaurants helmed by Liu Qiucai, Wang Jinbing, Zhu Qiaozheng, Huang Yuanjiang, Yu Xiaoxiang and Lin Yongjing have all been honored with one or even two Black Pearl Diamonds. Awarded “Young Chef of the Year” by the 2024 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, Chef Yang Chao is also among the star-studded lineup. Other chefs include He Xing and Wei Xiaojun of Michelin selected restaurants; as well as Chef Bao Kefeng, China’s BEST50 Top Chef and winner of the Gold Award in the Chinese Culinary Championship.
From delicate Huaiyang cuisine, to flavorful Shanghainese classics and the freshest Cantonese delicacies, guests will be treated to an evening of unparalleled gastronomy on November 1.
