Offer Specific Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations are required to be made within the distribution channel by organizer Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association.  
2. All hotel rates shown are per room per night, settlement of this offer is in MOP/HKD, subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
3. Booking must be fully prepaid by credit card and any cancellation, amendment or refund is not allowed. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise.
4. A registered guest must be 18 years of age or above to check in to hotel. 
5. Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply.
6. Maximum 2 children (12 years of age or below) sharing room with parents and without extra bed stay free.
7. Up to 1 additional guest (13 years of age and older) is subject to an extra bed charge of MOP/ HKD 388+15% per room without any benefit.
8. For guests who booked under non-refundable offers, original credit card used in booking must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes. Hotel reserves the right to reject guest check in without the presentation of original credit card with designated signature.
9. Access to Grand Resort Deck is limited to maximum 3 adults (with extra supplement charge) or 2 adults and 2 children per room. Any patrons exceeded maximum occupants per room need to purchase the Grand Resort Deck Day Pass in order to enjoy the Grand Resort Deck access.
10. Opening date and hours of Grand Resort Deck is subject to weather and season conditions.
11. Charges for optional incidentals (including but not limited to gratuities, food and beverage, parking, movie and other optional incidentals) are not included.
12. Check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out time by 11:00.
13. The Hotel reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue offers at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the hotel.
