Adventures in the Cavern - Inaugural Guest Mixologist Series

Deep in a hidden cavern at Long Bar Macau, behind a secret speakeasy door, lies a legendary meeting place for adventure seeking cocktail connoisseurs. As word spreads about its hoard of prized vintage and aged spirits, this hideout is fast becoming the center of attention for maverick mixologists from every continent. 

The Long Bar in Macau proudly presents “Adventures in the Cavern,” a guest mixologist series and monthly showcase of formidable forces in the world of mixology. Taking over the inaugural collaboration on January 18th are Antonio Lai and Samuel Kwok, co-founders of one of Hong Kong’s most electrifying new bars—The Opposites. Antonio is also widely recognized for his leadership and role in establishing Quinary, which is currently ranked No. 26 amongst Asia’s 50 Best Bars.

With their creative spark, artistic flair, and contrasting styles, witness two great creative minds who may think like opposites, but are united in guiding cocktail culture into uncharted territory.
