Serving perfectly roasted geese for over 70 years, Chan Kee has always maintained the highest standards, from sourcing to preparation. Geese at 90 days old are chosen and fed until the meat becomes most tender. The whole preparation process—from slaughtering, marinating, drying and roasting—must be done within 16 hours to preserve their quality. Even the marinade and the roasting process have been perfected over the years to create that signature crispy skin and juicy meat.
