Cadoret Oyster Showcase with Champagne

Dive deep into the world of oysters with the Cadoret Oyster Showcase at The Apron. For a limited time, you can enjoy the Cadoret Bélon and RSRV Champagne pairing, and take part in the Cadoret Oyster Workshop.  

The Cadoret family have been perfecting the art of oyster cultivation in Brittany for over 140 years, bringing the real Bélon from the Bélon River to the world. Their La Lune “The Moon” oyster, cultivated using a special technique based on the tidal and lunar cycles, is an exquisite gem no oyster lover should miss. At our workshop, you will get to taste both kinds of oysters, as well as the famed La Perle Noire “Black Pearl” and L’Heritage. You will learn to master the art of shucking, and enjoy bottomless Champagne with unlimited servings of delicious snacks. This workshop is only available for two days, with 8 seats per session. Make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
