1. The promotion period is from November 18, 2024 to May 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive). 
2. The offer is only applicable to transactions settled with a valid Visa principal/supplementary card (“Visa Card”) using VisaNET.
3. Eligible Visa cardholders can redeem a one-off MOP150 instant rebate and a MOP100 F&B voucher upon meeting a single spending of MOP800 or above (original price before service tax and government tax (if applicable)) at the designated outlets on the same day.
4. MOP150 instant rebate can only be enjoyed once upon spending MOP800 in a single transaction.
5. One (1)F&B voucher can be redeemed for every MOP800 spent; Up to six (6) F&B vouchers can be redeemed in a single transaction.
   • One (1) MOP100 F&B voucher can be redeemed for every MOP800 spent;
   • Two (2) MOP100 F&B vouchers can be redeemed for every MOP1,600 spent;
   • Three (3) MOP100 F&B vouchers can be redeemed for every MOP2,400 spent;
   • Four (4) MOP100 F&B vouchers can be redeemed for every MOP3,200 spent;
   • Five (5) MOP100 F&B vouchers can be redeemed for every MOP4,000 spent;
   • Six (6) MOP100 F&B vouchers can be redeemed for every MOP4,800 spent.
6. The offer is not applicable to in-room dining or any restaurant bills that are transferred to room bill.
7. To redeem the vouchers, eligible customers shall present the following items at the designated redemption counter on the same day of purchase:
   • Designated redemption counter: Concierge Counter on G/F of StarWorld Hotel and East Promenade Concierge (next to McDonald’s) 
   • Items for redemption: On-day receipts issued by the designated outlet; the Visa Card and the Visa Card sales slip(s) corresponding to the abovementioned transaction
8. Concierge Counter operation hours: 11am to 10pm.
9. In the event that a guest makes a late transaction (i.e. after 9:45pm), the guest can redeem the reward before 12pm on the next day.
10. The offer/voucher is subject to availability while stock lasts, no prior notice will be given to cardholders.
11. The F&B voucher is valid within 30 days upon issuance and can be used in designated outlets only. The F&B voucher is subject to their respective terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the back page of the voucher. 
12. Lost, stolen or damaged voucher(s) will not be reclaimed, refunded or replaced.
13. All receipt(s) presented for the redemption of the voucher(s) shall be stamped as proof of redemption. 
14. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or membership discounts.
15. For any query regarding the transaction made with Visa Card or the electronic payment system, please contact the issuing bank customer service hotline. 
16. In so far as permitted by the applicable laws, New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited (“Galaxy”) reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, amend or terminate the offer anytime without notice to cardholders, and is not liable for the consequences of the changes.
17. In the event of any dispute, Galaxy shall have the full and sole discretion to interpret all rules relating to the promotion and resolve any disputes. 
18. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions. 

Terms & Conditions of the MOP100 F&B Voucher 

1. This voucher can be used at any of the following outlets at StarWorld Hotel, Galaxy Macau and Broadway Macau: 
   • StarWorld Hotel: Feng Wei Ju, Temptations, Whisky Bar, Shang Pin Seafood Hotpot Restaurant, Sensations, Passion. by Gérard Dubois, Lobby Lounge 
   • Galaxy Macau: Andaz Kitchen, Andaz Bar, Bei Shan Lou, Blossom Palaces, Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, CHA BEI, Kyo Watami, Lugang Cafe, Macallan Whisky Bar & Lounge, Nagomi, Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant, Pang’s Kitchen, Putien, Passion. by Gérard Dubois, Raffles Lounge & Terrace, Spicy Sichuan, Tam Chai Yu Chun, Terrazza Italian Restaurant, The Apron, The Noodle Kitchen, Yamazato Japanese Fine Dining, Yoshimori Teppanyaki

2. This voucher can only be used upon net spending of MOP500 or above (excluding service charge and government tax). 10% service charge and 5% government tax (if applicable) are levied based on the original price.
3. A maximum of two (2) vouchers can be used per transaction. One (1) voucher can be used for a single transaction of MOP500 or more; two (2) vouchers can be used for a single transaction of MOP1,000 or more.
4. This voucher must be used within the validity period. Original copy must be presented and submitted to our staff.
5. This voucher is not applicable on black-out dates: December 20, 2024; January 1, 2025; January 29 to 31, 2025; April 4, 2025 and May 1, 2025.    
6. When using a voucher, the outstanding balance must be settled with a Visa card using VisaNET.
7. This voucher is not applicable to promotion dishes/menus, live seafood, dried seafood, bird’s nest, bottled wine and spirit, and any purchase of tobacco products.
8. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount schemes.
9. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or for partial redemption and is not for resale. 
10. If this voucher is defaced, mutilated, stolen, lost, altered or tampered with in any way whatsoever, it will not be accepted, replaced, or reissued.
11. New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company limited (“Galaxy”) reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Galaxy.
12. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
