Served only in December, Shiwasu Kaiseki, is the epitome of Japanese haute cuisine and the best way to celebrate the festive season. Yamazato’s special menu is a poetic expression of Japan’s finest winter ingredients such as red sea bream, king crab and monkfish. Each dish is skillfully prepared to perfection by the dedicated culinary team. In addition to fresh sashimi of the day, we will also be serving the famous wagyu from the Bungo province, the beef is just lightly seared to highlight the premium quality and served on sushi rice with citrus vinegar. For desserts, we have the exceptionally sweet Shizuoka Crown Melon – a refreshing way to round off a delightful evening.
