Freshly shucked Gillardeau oysters are followed by your choice of appetizer – Organic Tomato and Ricotta Salad, Lyonnaise Salad, or Fromage de Tête and Pork Terrine. Ultimate comfort is served in delicious spoonfuls with the spiced pumpkin soup and classic French onion soup. For your main course, there is Beef Wellington to introduce a sense of occasion, as well as Quenelle de Brochet, and Duck Eggs Benedict with Alaskan King Crab to cater to seafood lovers – complemented by our sommelier's selection of wines.
