With nori seaweed deep-fried in a tempura batter for taco shell, the Mexican-inspired fusion food adds a crispy dimension to every mouthful. There are two set menus to offer different palate sensations, some of which include sweet Botan shrimp with minced tuna belly, tempura Kagoshima conger eel, and beautifully marbled wagyu beef with seared tuna belly.
